This is the first jerky we started selling, way back in 2001. Our original beef jerky nuggets are the single product from which the business has grown. It is made in the old fashioned way and is quite smoky in flavour. Not too salty or spicy, just full of beefy flavour. First the jerky is made in long thin sticks and then it is cut into small handy bite sized pieces.

Our beef nuggets are very high protein and ideal for taking on long distance trips as it can be packed down into a small volume quite easily. Original flavour has a nice spicy tang. If you want a little more kick, try the peppered variety.
